My name is Gillian, I have been a secondary school teacher of Irish and Maths for 22 years. I am a mother of 2 and a lover of all things planner and stationary.

I have loved stationary and arts & crafts for as long as I can remember and after my friend gifted me a Filofax many years ago, a new obsession with refillable planners began.

​I love planners, in particular, ring bound planners. I have used them, in various sizes, for many years now. I love that they are so versatile and can be personalised and decorated to reflect my personailty.

I found that the inserts and accessories that I wanted weren't always available, there was nothing at all available in the Irish language so I began designing and creating them myself.​I had toyed with the idea of selling my creations many times but towards the end 2022, with much encouragement and support from my family and friends, I set up Loresan Planners using the names of my mother, Loretto and my mother in law, Susan.

My vision is to provide functional, decorative, customisable, personalised products and accessories so that every planner can be unique to its owner.

If there is anything that you would like customised or created to suit you please don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss how to make it a reality.   I love the creative outlet that my business gives me and although it is still in it's very early stages and I am learning many lessons, I am really enjoying having my own business and working hard to grow and develop it.
